Reiki and sound healing help to release stress, physical tension and past trauma, as well as stagnant energy that can accumulate in the body. And they can also amplify and expand the positive aspects of your life as well.
Sessions are integrative and include sound healing with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and other instruments, as well as Reiki and energy work with the chakra system. Sessions also include time for discussion.

These sound baths are very restorative, focusing on meeting you right where you are, taking inspiration from the seasons and setting you up for a balanced week ahead.
They bring energetic nourishment through the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments, helping you find deep relaxation and an opportunity for self-reflection.

Somatic Movement & Sound Bath
for the Chakras

Through gentle yet powerful movement during the first portion of the class, you will experience a deep release of stored emotions, increased clarity and a re-connection to your body and soul.
This will be followed by a soothing and nourishing sound bath to help you relax and ground into the shifts and changes that have occurred.

ABOUT
My own healing journey began over two decades ago when I became aware of how past trauma and social conditioning were having a negative impact on my self-esteem and self-worth. They had also created patterns of people pleasing where I was constantly putting the needs and feelings of others ahead of my own and was rarely feeling comfortable in my own skin. I felt exhausted and I knew that I wanted to regain my authenticity and establish my sovereignty.
I began working with things like talk therapy, meditation, yoga and massage therapy - all of which I still utilize today. And I even connected so strongly to massage therapy that I made it my profession for over 16 years. Eventually I started my training with Reiki (energy work) and sound healing and experienced how they were taking me into an even deeper space of calm, healing and discovery.
I'm a Certified Sound Healer, Reiki Practitioner and have held my Massage Therapy license in the state of Washington since 2008.
