Monthly Sound Baths
Wednesday & Sunday Dates Available Each Month at Soul Space Wellness Studio
These sound baths are very restorative, focusing on deep relaxation & creating space to turn off outside noise. They bring energetic nourishment through the tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes and other instruments.
Zero gravity chairs are provided for all attendees, making these events unique and more accessible & accommodating, especially if being on the floor is uncomfortable or unavailable for you.
Somatic Movement & Sound Healing for the Chakras
at Soul Space Wellness Studio
Through intentional movement, you will have the opportunity to release stagnant energy and restore balance to your body & mind with the wisdom of the chakra system. The movement portion of the class will be followed by a soothing & restorative sound bath creating tones & vibrations with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes and other instruments. All levels welcome.

Private Group Sound Baths
Soul Space Wellness offers private group sound bath sessions that provide a calming, immersive experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation and connection. These can be held onsite in the studio for an intimate, small‑group event of up to six people, or a fully facilitated sound bath can be brought to your workplace, retreat or gathering. Each session is thoughtfully curated for your group’s needs and includes all instruments and guidance to create a peaceful, restorative experience.

ABOUT ANDREA
My own healing journey began over two decades ago when I became aware of how past trauma and social conditioning were having a negative impact on my overall well-being. They had also created patterns of people pleasing where I was constantly dismissing my own needs & boundaries and was rarely feeling comfortable in my own skin. I felt exhausted and knew that I wanted to start making changes and regain my authenticity.
I began working with things like talk therapy, meditation, yoga and massage therapy - all of which I still utilize today. And I even connected so strongly to massage therapy that I made it my profession for over 18 years.
In 2021, I started my training with sound healing & Reiki and experienced how they were taking me into an even deeper space of calm, healing & discovery. I felt guided to focus my practice on these modalities - and Soul Space Wellness was born!
Whether I’m teaching, facilitating or holding space one‑on‑one, I bring a blend of professionalism, creativity and grounded empathy that helps people feel seen, supported and empowered in their healing process.
I'm a Certified Sound Healer, Reiki II Practitioner and have held my Massage Therapy license in the state of Washington since 2008.
